Terms of service

Each piece from Vivi Vivi Studio is handmade stoneware, crafted with care. Due to the handmade nature, variations in shape, size, and glaze color will occur. No two pieces are exactly alike, making each item unique. 

When purchasing two or more cups of the same design, I will carefully select the ones that are most identical.

Payment and shipping

Payment is processed once your item has been shipped. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Shipping costs will be added at checkout, depending on your selected delivery method and country. 

• Domestic (within Denmark): I aim to ship every order on Wednesdays. The package will be sent to the nearest pickup location based on your address.
• International: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties on international orders. If customs fees are not paid and the item is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for new shipping costs to resend the order.
  

Local Pickup

You are welcome to pick up your order at my studio Julius Bloms Gade 14, basement, 2200 Nørrebro. Write an email to vivikatnagy@gmail.com to make an appointment.

Returns

If you wish to return a piece purchased through our webshop, please contact me at vivikatnagy@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, and clean. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund.

Care Instructions

All my pottery is microwave- and dishwasher-safe; however, for best results and to extend the life of your piece, I recommend hand-washing. Vivi Vivi Studio is not liable for any damage caused by mishandling or improper care.
